The celebration opened with a warm welcome from our College Captains, followed by a beautiful Qur’an recitation by Khizar Nauman (Year 7 Hifz). Year 12 student Afra Shehzad reflected on the global theme, while Year 9 SRC Mohaned Dao shared inspiring thoughts on teaching and its value in Islam.

Highlights of the event included:

• A Teachers’ Day poem by Areej Anwar
• Heartfelt thank-you speeches from Primary Captains and Vice-Captains Yassien Rjoub, Rayan Asad, Zahra Muhammad, and Dua Arman
• A warm message of gratitude from College Captains Amaar & Aaliyah and Vice-Captains Farhan & Nusayr
• A joyful cake-cutting ceremony with Heads of Primary, Assistant Head of Secondary, Deputy Principal, and SRC Coordinator
• A lucky draw bringing laughter and togetherness to the afternoon.

Special thanks to Year 7 SRCs Adam Fouda, Omar Ismail, Areej Anwar and Year 10 SRC Ilham Akkad for designing Teachers’ Day Appreciation Certificates for all staff, a thoughtful gesture that captured the spirit of gratitude.

The event concluded with a closing du'a by Sheikh Waseem, offering prayers of gratitude and blessings for all our teachers.
